These terms cover your use of this website and the One Shot at Love waitlist. The app itself, when it launches, will have its own terms governing accounts, matching, and conduct.

One Shot at Love is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By joining the waitlist you confirm that you are at least 18.
Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not an account, a reservation, or a promise of access. We can’t guarantee if or when the app will open in your area, and we may change our plans, launch cities, or timing at any time.

The name, writing, artwork, and design of One Shot at Love are ours and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Shot at Love will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the waitlist.
