For sign-in trouble, a missing saved page, Campaign or Matchmaking errors, accessibility help, or another product issue, write to hello@oneshotatlove.com. If you can still open the app, the Codex also includes a tester-feedback form that does not attach your private character, conversation, identity, preference, or location content.
Include only what support needs to reproduce the issue:
Never send a password, one-time sign-in code, private matching answers, full chat, government ID, financial details, or another person’s personal information.
Open the Codex in the app to export your account data or begin account deletion. Deletion disables access immediately and schedules app data for permanent deletion within 30 days, subject to the limited safety, legal, security-log, and backup retention described in the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot sign in to reach those controls, contact privacy@oneshotatlove.com from the account’s verified email address. We may need to verify the request before disclosing or deleting account data.
Every real-player leaf and chat has The Door. Use it to raise a flag, sever the bond permanently, or do both. An in-app report carries the relevant account and bounded conversation context to the safety queue.
If the in-app path is unavailable, write to safety@oneshotatlove.com. Use that address for suspected underage use, child sexual abuse or exploitation, threats, harassment, scams, coercion, or an appeal of an account paused by the underage safeguard.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency service with jurisdiction now. One Shot at Love is not an emergency service and does not monitor every conversation in real time.

Support cannot guarantee a match, reply, compatibility, identity, recovery of data already deleted under the retention policy, a particular moderation outcome, or uninterrupted service. We do not offer phone support, background checks, relationship advice, or emergency response through this page.
